BENEFITING CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK

FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED!!

This is your chance to make miracles happen in your community. Every year 17 million children are treated at more than 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals across America. The funds you raise will must, go to the Children's Miracle Network headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah so that your chapter and state receives credit and then will be sent directly to the Children's Miracle Network hospital closest to your school.

All money raised must be sent to Children’s Miracle Network’s headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah by May 1, 2011 to be recorded. Those not sent to the CMN headquarters, arriving after May 1, or missing required information are subject to not receiving incentives.

Incentives:

If your chapter meets these goals, each chapter member will receive the following:

$500 – First time chapter participants only - Children's Miracle Network WRISTBAND

$500 increase – Chapters who participated during year 1 and increase their year one totals by $500 - Children's Miracle Network, WRISTBAND

$1,000 – Children's Miracle Network, WRISTBAND

$2,000 – Children's Miracle Network, PIN AND WRISTBAND

$4,000 – Children's Miracle Network T-SHIRT, PIN, AND WRISTBAND

If your chapter raises the most:

Children’s Miracle Network TROPHY. Each year the winning school will earn this massive trophy to put on display for the entire school year. Additionally, each chapter member will receive a certificate of recognition.
